Unexpected sewer backup issues. Over the course of three days, Roto Rooter team of eight sewer expert crew came to my house, spent hours locating the problem, removing a ... toilet to clear the clog, diagnosing the need for a 2-way sewer access rather than the current 1 way, follow their cameras to determine the best location to add the 2 way, got permits, had the local utilities come color code all underground areas to avoid, send a team of 6 excavation experts to remove a lovely rhododendron and dig a trench down to the existing sewer pipe, add the 2 way access to above ground level, power wash both directions of sewer pipes, refill the trench dirt and power wash the dirt/mud from my front stairs, street and my neighbors plus took away the roots and tree parts. The Manager came back on day three, ran his camera down the new 2 way to examine for any remaining problems. They were polite, as tidy as they could be and worked extremely well as a team. Although I hope to never have to see them again, I was extremely pleased with their work and efficiency. We kept them supplied with cold drinks and break in the shade around the pool. Having 3 toilets and two showers backed up to overflowing WHILE having company at my house, was NOT pleasant but it is finished!! I will leave them a Google review as well. Nothing says pleasure like a functioning bathroom!

Nathan was exceptional in finding the problem, clearing it and cleaning up. He also was kind to me and my dog and had great tips to help keep issues at ... the minimum in the future!

Terry and Mark went above and beyond to make sure my sewer drain was put back in service. Once they discovered the city’s recent work was what caused the problem ... Mark stayed and worked with public works to make sure they took responsibility. I’m completely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. I will recommend their services to anyone and definitely use them again! Thanks so much guys.

Albert Garcia was the service technician who tried to locate the cause of my septic drainage backup when I ran my washer. He was very polite and he was ... very knowledgeable of how a plumbing system works and tried very hard to determine what was causing the problem. Albert snaked the drain pipe for the washer twice and it now appears to be working correctly.

Trevor was so friendly yet so professional. He did a wonderful job with our clogged drain.

This is the second time I’ve had to call them in the past year and these guy are quick to get here and get in and out. We had Justin ... this time great guy told him this is the second time in a year they’ve been out. And said well I’ll get you in clogged and I’ll figure out why this is happening. And he did highly recommended these guys.

Shane did a fabulous job checking out our drain problems from the toilets. He also did a great job of explaining why things were not working and how he managed ... to fix it. His attitude and his customer service are first rate. He definitely deserves and raise! Maybe even train other plumbers at some point.

Commercial issue with a clogged drain- first tech who came out was unsuccessful but the one that came today got us back up and functioning.

The person who took ... the call and info was great-quick and friendly! Dispatcher called very quickly to let me know that Chris was on the way. Chris has been fantastic every time-always explains what the problem was and how he took care of it. You are my first call for plumbing and I have no problem recommending you to any friends and family if they ask!
