I did not receive any services from this company BUT I was at "life skills academy ABA" on 1/28/26 waiting to pick my son up when the I seen the ... guy come in to talk to the front receptionist and it was so nice to hear the guy tell them that it would be loud outside where he was gonna work because he knew some kids were sensitive to noise and it was so nice to hear that he actually cared and took the time to tell them about the noise. Big round of applause to whoever the worker was that day it was around 3:20pm. He didn't just go there and do his job he took the time to see where he was and acknowledged that it was gonna be loud and took the time to tell the receptionist you dont see that very often.

Richard was great we had a water emergency and called another company who charged us 285 just to break into the wall and diagnose the problem and then proceeded to ... tell us it would be 2685 to fix the problem but couldn't get to use till Monday so we would have been without water for 3 days call roto rooter on Saturday and they came right out and said they could do it for 485 and it would take 20 mins and that he'd have our water back up by 1 and he did just that and couldn't believe what the other company was quoting me he even helped my husband install our all in one and run it to make sure there was no leaks will DEFINITELY use him again THANK YOU doesn't even cover it.

I had a problem today (a Sunday) with a toilet not flushing. I called Roto-Rooter, and the technician arrived within the hour. He very quickly solved the problem ... which, though minor, I would not have been able to fix myself. I had not used the services of Roto-Rooter for many years, but I remembered calling for help then and being pleased with the service. This time was no different. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again when needed. Thanks so much.
