Sebastian came out to our house on a Saturday afternoon. I had tried to clear the clog myself for 2 days and finally gave up. He snaked the ... kitchen twice and got some flow, but it was bad enough that he had to open the clean out in the basement. It was rusted and hadn't been accessed in decades, if ever. He was able to cut off the cap and snake from that point another 20 or 30 feet to finally clear the drain. He worked his tail off to get our drain cleared. Through it all, he was very professional and kept us informed about the process. I've got to admit that I originally looked for a small local plumber because I often find big companies are not as caring and their employees just go through the motions. I already answered this survey for initial camera work and diagnosis by Diego Diaz on 8/2/14 and for replacement of sewer line by Ronnie and Keith ( I don't know ... their last names) on 8/5/14. I am answering this survey for the work Diego did today 8/7/14 . He used a mini hydro jet in our laundry drain to clean it out an then a mini cam to make sure it was done as well as possible. He was on time and as before very professional. Please correct the spelling of my last name. It is spelled CYR ( not SYR).

He did camera ... work inside and outside. Ronnie and Keith who replaced our Orangeburg pipe arrived timely, were friendly and professional as well and worked straight through to get the sewer and water lines replaced and the trench refilled and tamped down the same day. They were very careful, and we were very pleased they were able to get the county inspector out and finish the job all in one day. We will happily recommend Roto-Rooter to our neighbors and friends and use them again ourselves when necessary for any of the services your company provides. BJ
