Rainy Sunday afternoon and my main line backed up. I called home warranty company was told it could take 72 hours before somebody could be there to assess ... the problem. I called Roto-Rooter and my line was cleared within 75 minutes a placing in the call. The technician, Vick was personable, knowledgeable, and got the line cleared quickly. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again! A++

Adabu was great I have had him twice now on the second time I requested him. He is very knowledgeable about everything. Your company would be in trouble without him ... because not all your techs are capable of completing services. If I call again in the future I will request him again and I would never use anyone else.

The Plummer Steven Shaffer 11 was very courteous and helpful with the outside drain problem we were having. He represented you well since I hadn't called a Plummer in years. ... I even mentioned him to our senior center here in San Leandro is ever they needed a Plummer with Roto-Rooter. He took care of the immediate problem and now there is no backup.

They came promptly and conducted the service in a very courteous and professional manner.

Tech was wonderful, explained everything clearly and was friendly. Only disappointed because I forgot to get my 10% discount because I gave some groceries for your food drive and ... the check was already written but he said he would talk to the office about getting me a refund.
