We had a blocked sewer line. Harold was our service tech. He was very patient and determined to get that blockage out. It was a 102 heat ... index today, but Harold was steadfast in his persistence to get to the root of the problem. Harold called for backup for a camera so he could get a better look at the problem. George was his backup man. They are a great team. They determined the problem was on the county's side of the pipe. They urged us to call the county to get service today as well. The county had a worker nearby so Harold waited with us for them to arrive to give them feedback of his findings. Luckily between both Roto Rooter & the county. The blockage was dislodged and we are very happy with the service we received & we highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Robert is absoluletly awesome. he is the consummate professional and I have been fortunate enough to have him come out for two different service calls. Both experiences were fantastic ... and if I had the choice I choose him every time ! he knows exactly what he's doing, he's very articulate and conveys the message and explains the situation in layman terms. He is fair and I have 100% confidence and trust in him when he comes into my home.

Main sewer line backed up - toilet wouldn't flush, water backed up into shower stall - Yuck! Called at 11 & was told tech would be there at 3:30. The ... office called 1/2 hour later & said he was on the way - Yeah! Thankfully, Drini arrived around noon, installed a clean-out valve & cleaned the line. Drini is truly Awesome - Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly.Thank you so much!
