Altho my check in w/ Roto Rooter was less then ... 100%, Mr. Frank went beyond his way to not only 'make it' right. His communicateions were always professional and clear. He has the ability to not only listen to his customers, he problem solved without hesitation. He did what he said he would and followed up in a timely manner. Well appreciated. TY
