We woke up that Saturday morning in a bind. Our entire house was backed-up and the water in every toilet was at the rim. This was an emergency ... and I needed a plumber now. I suspected it was the main sewer line and immediately called Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter had the right guy with the right tools at my door within the hour and the problem was fixed before anyone in my family had the inevitable 'urge'. Thank you Roto-Rooter!! You saved us from what could have been a very bad day. Reid was super nice and knew exactly what to do.

We had a plumbing emergency during the California Shelter in Place while at home in our apartment. Busted water line to the toilet, water shooting everywhere. An absolute nightmare. After ... placing calls to our land lord and apartment managers, and no one capable of helping in the close vicinity, I called Roto Rooters. Given the severity of the situation, we were moved to the front of the line and had a person, Roger, out in an hour. Thankfully, we were drenched at that point, using towels and actual laundry and whatever else we could find to plug up the geyser. Roger was able to handle everything quickly, politely, and made his best effort to help us mop up a bit. We were so relieved and are in the clean up process of it all now.

The plumber attending the job was very patient and thorough. He took the time to fix the issue as well as ensure that the water heater is functioning as per ... the manual. Honest service with knowledge. Excellent. Thank you.

Excellent Service Tech was very polite

They charged me for 2 hours work. I wouldn't pay it, because there was only 45 minutes of work. That's from arrival to work finished. They sent two guys and ... only one was required to perform the work done. They knew what was required to complete the work before their arriving. They had to go back to shop to pick up the concrete box with them. I paid for a 1-1/2 hours. Wanted me pay for their time going back to the shop for the part.
