I had an emergency leak on a Sunday. The response by Roto-Rooter was overwhelming. I called Roto-Rooter and had a plumber headed to my house in less than ... 30 minutes. The plumber was on time and fixed my leak very professionally. I was concerned about needing help on a Sunday and Roto-Rooter performed magic.

I put in a request to Roto Rooter's website at 8 PM and they were at my home by 8:45 am the next morning to fix a plumbing issue. The ... man that came was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly and explained the 6 month guarantee (which made me feel good about the job too). He also cleaned up after himself, which was nice because I have had plumbers from other companies come out before and left a mess. I will be recommending Roto Rooter to my friends and family.

I had an emergency call on August 16, which ended up with RR doing a full excavation for the sewer line, which was handled as if my service was the ... only one they had to do. Everything from there worked beautifully. All service representatives were extremely considerate of esthetics to my home. In doing this it was found that our inside plumbing (house is 46 years old) was in need of replacement in parts. This service was done on August 23. The estimate was true to form, with no other things added. There are still other needs, but it was not pushed to do it at this time. Eric #1487 was very considerate of our needs as my husband is homebound after heart surgery which left a memory deficit also. He considered him all during the process of getting the inside plumbing completed. Everything is working well. We will be using RR for the remainder of our old plumbing that needs replacing. Thank you for having considerate employees working for you, along with their knowledge of plumbing needs.

Your man came to update the sump pump which was no longer turning itself off. I am recovering from an operation so I have not seen his work yet. My ... daughter has done 3 loads of laundry using the new pump and declares that it is working as it should. Your man not only did a great job but he was very nice as well.
