Roto Rooter service man came in and show me what my problem was and fix it in a very professional way.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink, which I guess was something that happens fairly often. However Roto-Rooter treated my problem as their problem. Mr Hoffman arrived to discover ... the extent of the problem. He showed me the extent of the problem, and it wasn't the little problem that had guessed that it was. Quite soon after that Mr Lizano, the plumber, arrived and set about to correct the problem. it was done very quickly. Soon after that two gentlemen came from Roto-Rooter and checked under carpet flooring to isolate the extent of the water damage. I did not expect the extent of the professional service and how quickly things were handled. I had visions of things taking days to get resolved. All that I can say is that if any one has any plumbing problems, do not even think about calling anyone else except Roto-Rooter.

I came back to your company due to my first experience. My technician, Martin Nikolov, #2694, was great. I am a widow who needed help. I live with ... my children who are adults, and we are not plummers. Martin explained everything, and also told me how to keep drains clean with regular maintenance. I work for Publix in Event Planning. We take great pride in our customer service, and this young man does you a great service. Give him a raise!! I know if I have any problems in the future, I will call Roto Rooter back, and request my technician. I sure hope he will still be with you. Martin is the kind of employee that every company should have. I am not rich, but dealing with a bigger company can be scary. I was not taken advantage by any means.

Kirby was nothing but class and professionalism personified. I still haven't heard from my old plumbing company nearly 24 hours later. I am now a Roto-Rooter customer and hope to ... be from now on. Great job Kirby!!!!

Dan Tech 3407 did an excellent job working with a difficult clog in a very small pipe.

Called about a water problem related to a blocked septic line coming from the house. They advised me that they would give me a three hour window, I got called ... back very quickly and they were at my house in 30 minutes. They did a great job fixing the blockage and were very professional. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and they fixed the problem!! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter!!!

We used Roto-Rooter today and are very pleased. Stephan came out early this morning and was able to unclog our sinks that had been running slow off and on ... for years. He got stuff out of them that we had no idea was even in them. So happy. We would use them again.

Melvin King and his assistant were great finding and fixing our stuffed sink. It was not an easy fix and they had to be very persistant and after the second visit ... they solved the problem and we are greatful they did.

These guys were great! They came out on the 4th of July holiday and quickly repaired a bad valve and leak in my guest bathroom toilet. They were ... very professional, and honest! The professionalism, promptness, and thoroughness has been very impressive. From the start, our project manager was able to detail the process and get the repair and cleanup moving quickly ... and efficiently. All of the Roto-Rooter employees and contractors have been extremely courteous and professional, but most importantly they have been caring and sympathetic to our situation.

Although the scheduled visit was a little bit late the dispatch service kept me informed and was very polite and friendly. When the plumber (Ivo Koychev #3948) arrived he was ... very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call again should I ever need anything else.
