Outstanding service and support by Hugo and Riccardo. No one ever likes discovering their homes drain lines are clogged and water and sewage is backing up. One call and within ... an hour, both Hugo and Riccardo arrived to resolve our drain problem. They attempted to clear the line with an electric snake, no success. The clogged was significantly thick with a grease substance. so, Riccardo recommended using a Hydro Jett. We agreed, wow, talk about a great tool with plenty of pressure to clean our ABS drain lines to new. Many, many thanks to Hugo, Riccardo and Roto Rooter. Respectfully, Larry & Nancy M. Murrieta

No one looks forward to calling a plumber, but i have to say i felt very lucky we called Roto Rooter and Nicole Picehel and Jonathan came to the rescue. ... Everything abour Nicole was 5 star.  She was on time and was prepared to start solving our issues.  She explained clearly what  she was doing with her video camera. She was thorough and patiently answered all our questions. She knew her job well and got the job done with the help of Jonathan the tech.  Both worked tiredlessly to get the big job done and then some. The following day she followed up, fulfilling everything she promised to do.  Both Nicole and Jonathan worked so hard and never gave up until the job got done.  And what an unexpected surprise, without even asking for a discount she thanked my 95 year old father for his service and gave him a veterans discount. Both Nicole and Jonathan are true assets to their company. They did an all star job ! Thank you for all your help, my 95 year old father and I were very grateful !

I had complete blockage in my system, and with 15 out of town guests in my house, it was an emergency, with no toilets or showers suddenly and unexpectedly available. ... On a Sunday, two days after Christmas, I had a technician at my door within 90 minutes ready help. Matthew quickly diagnosed the problem as one that would require pump truck, and then worked diligently to get a truck to my home. The driver of the truck was a real expert, and they took multiple hours to find the tank, and finally the found it. The tank was completely full! Both individuals were professional and very knowledgeable. I am pleased to give them and Roto Rooter my highest recommendation. You guys literally saved my Christmas! Thank you!! Best regards, Mike

Plumber was unable to finish job due to landlord . I wanted to get a copy of this for records . Plumber was not at fault . He did his ... best to complete the task . But was unable to because of the owners fault .
