First of all Roto-Rooter actually answers the phone and gives you call backs! Mike came out to our house and had a very pleasant attitude. He was happy to explain ... everything to me. He had a very challenging experience here at my home yet was able to keep his composure and complete the job for us so that we had a functioning kitchen sink! Would recommend this company and especially Mike, the technician, to anyone who has a drainage problem!
