Technician arrived on time and promptly explained what he would do to solve my clogged drain. After the clog was cleared I asked what to do in the future if this ... same thing were to recur again. The answer was to call Roto-Rooter right away. After clearing the clog the area was cleaned up good as new, Chris is a credit to your organisation and I would not hesitate to call again.

I called in the morning to report water dripping from my basement ceiling. Mike arrived within the hour to evaluate the problem. Mike and Steve were both courteous ... and knowledgeable, and were able to determine the source of the leak. Steve gave me options, and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up after he was done. I was very happy with the professional and friendly service provided. I will definitely call again in the future if I have any plumbing issues!
