We are extremely pleased by the outside drain unclogging done by Tommy. He did a wonderful job of snaking the roots out of outside drain. The clog was ... preventing rain water from our downspouts to flow freely to the street drain. Tommy successfully flushed out these roots. The service provided by Tommy was exceptional and we want to thank him and Roto-Rooter for a job well-done. We are grateful and very satisfied customers.

Technician was exceptionally helpful - returning old water heater for warranty credit and obtaining new one. This involved rushing to get to retailer before they closed. He stayed ... until midnight until the job was completely and thoroughly done.

I called to schedule an emergency Sunday morning service late Saturday evening and without hesitation, I was able to get an 8 am appointment. As promised I received a ... call 30mins informing that the technician was en route to service my electric Hot water Heater. When Mike arrived he was on-time and eager to get started. Mike was able to asses the problem quickly after going through his checklist and get the water heater up and running in no time allowing for hot water to return to the home. I enjoyed his great customer service and work ethic and would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter
