Service was quick and prompt. Only problem I had was Price was too high compare to similar service in this area. Technician told better machine and warranty but ... still more than others.

We discovered that our sump pump failed on a Saturday night. Called RotoRooter Sunday morning around 11 and the plumber, James, was here that same afternoon! He diagnosed ... the problem quickly. We needed to replace the pump and clear the drain line. He had a new pump with him, so there was no waiting for parts. The job was done a short while later. Problem solved! So glad we called RotoRooter!

They ... protected the working area until the job was completed. Area was cleaned and everything back in place. Ensured everything was in proper working order before they left. The type of customer services these gentlemen provided today was wonderful. They truly understand the definition of what customer service is.
