We had an issue with the main sewer line being clogged and backing up. Victor was sent to our house as a result of our request for service. He was ... neat and courteous, he laid down drop cloths before bringing the machine into our house. Did what he needed to in order to get the plumbing working properly.

Ben is the best professional I have ever seen for the job. Ben helped us five years back and here again today. Very detailed oriented professional for the job to ... make sure each and every aspects of the issue is taken care to fix it humanly possible. Cool, calm and intelligent person for the job. He was with Roto-Rooter back then five years back and today. This shows loyalty between Employer and employee with strong bonding which explains a lot to me. So, to me both are best although I have witnessed great ethical work from Ben only as direct service at home but it resonates Roto-Rotter's internal policy. I wish both Ben and Roto-Rooter a great success ahead and continue doing great services as they did to me today. Last point but not least though, charges are almost double than their competitors and I wish it is less but i still consider it is worth :)
