Called Roto-Rooter for broken water line flooding back kitchen area of a McDonald’s restaurant which forced store to close early. The incident took place after 6pm and after calling ... numerous “24 hour emergency service” plumbing companies, Roto-Rooter was only one to answer my call. Robert and Jimmy arrived an hour after the call and I received an estimate for repairs by email within a few minutes. The estimate was very reasonable and repairs were complete within a few hours. The Restaurant will be able to open for regular business the following morning. Robert and Jimmy left a clean work area and were very professional. Thanks to Roto-Rooter, the interruption to the business was minimized and saved thousands in potential lost sales and revenue. I am moving Roto-Rooter to the top of my preferred vendor list of plumbers for all the Restaurants I supervise in their area. Thank you Roto-Rooter for letting me get a good nights rest, Blake.

The service person was excellent knew what to do to fix my problem. Went beyond what had to do as he was able to exchange a wrong size part ... I had purchased for the correct size without having to pay more for the correct part. Had my faucet fixed with half hour after having collected the correct part.
