Our upstairs bathroom drains all backed up around 7 PM and when we called Roto Rooter, Tony Caballero was sent to provide assistance. Mr Caballero was very professional and ... very dedicated to fixing the problem, which was quite difficult. Mr Caballero demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and creative thinking to attack the difficult drain problem. As a result, he was able to retrieve the blockage from the line and restore service. We are quite impressed by his skills and dedication to helping us, despite adverse conditions.

We called Roto-Rooter Chattanooga with a water back-up issue. They quickly responded to our home and diagnosed the problem. Joseph provided a lot of knowledge prior to quoting ... and jumping into the repair. I know very little about plumbing and he professionally shared in detail what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. While working on resolving the issue, he pointed out a couple other areas that need attention, without pressuring us to fix them immediately. Joseph and his partner quickly fixed the issue, all while making their job look fun. They did an incredible job and brightened our day with their visit.
