I requested service for a clogged sewer line on Christmas day. When I called in the afternoon (between 2 and 3 PM), the first person I spoke with, I ... believe it was Jackie, was very professional and personable. I let her know about the clogged line and that it was only outside. She set up my appointment and told me "Merry Christmas." The next call was from the dispatcher, I believe her name was Maria. She let me know that someone would be available between 5 and 9 PM, but it could be earlier if there was a cancellation, etc. Maria called me back between 7 and 7:15 PM to let me know someone would be at my home in approximately 30 mins. Before 8 PM, Adabu, #5020, arrived. Again, like Jackie and Maria, Adabu was professional, personable and courteous. After some discussion about the problem, Adabu got right to work. He had to use two snakes for over 250-feet and another tool that is shaped like a wave to clear the clog. He worked for over 2 hours without taking a break in cold, dark, damp conditions and also, on a steep hill. His demeanor did not change. He persisted until he completed the task.

Adabu was our service technician and he was excellent! Though we had to wait a long time for service because of high demand we were very happy and satisfied with ... Adabu’s work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems and was very helpful. We highly recommend him!

After a couple of missteps getting the right Roto Rooter service on site, James arrived on Friday night. He was patient as we described the problem at the building ... and with the prior Roto Rooter service call. He quickly assessed the situation and arranged for a pump truck. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and did a GREAT job - especially at the end of the day on a Friday - and cleaned up after himself.

The technician, Jerry provided an excellent service by listening to my explanation of problem and past history of Roto Rooter work and offered a solution that is satisfactory. He did ... confirm that the plumbing is running smoothly by texting the water ran for a few minutes and told me that it's my choice to have the snake run and be charged. I chose to have the snake run all the way to the street (over 100feet) to ensure there is no kinks in the plumbing. He fixed/ turned back on the earthquake shut off gas valve which was triggered by the vibration caused by the heavy roto rooter machine going down the stairs. Thank you.
