I'm Paul Thomas, condo owner, who left John Pichardo in charge of overseeing service and paying the bill. When I saw the charge of ${esc.dollar}224.70 for clearing a kitchen ... drain, I couldn't understand why john agreed to this charge. What he didn't totally understand, it was explained to me, was that the bill included a ${esc.dollar}60 charge for a 6 month guarantee (43561?) that I never would have purchased. When I called, I was told that a ${esc.dollar}60 adjustment would be made. Pleased, I put it out of mind until I saw that the check (2620) was paid by our bank in the full amount without the promised adjustment. I have always used Roto-Rooter, but I have an intense dislike for add-on guarantees. Please resolve this issue with the Albuquerque office, and return the ${esc.dollar}60 adjustment as promised. Thank you.

Jonathan was wonderful today. On a follow-up check (service was 3 mos ago), he educated me on what was done to my home previously that causes the drain to back ... up every couple of years. He explained that before I owned the house, there must have been an issue which caused the plumbing to be rerouted around the house, causing the water and waster to have to travel unusually long distances. This is the reason my sink backs up every couple of years. I am so grateful to finally understand why this is happening!

I called the Albuquerque Roto-Rooter in a panic due to a clog that was impairing all of my bathrooms. I had a professional contractor come to my home first who ... spent 4 hours trying to fix the problem. They charged me ${esc.dollar}200 and left my home a mess with my toilet in the bathtub and dirt and sewage everywhere. As a last resort I called Roto-Rooter, I explained my situation to the dispatcher, Brenda, who was extremely friendly and understanding. She reassured me that I would have quick service and that a technician would be out quickly to see me. 45 minutes later Paul showed up at my door with his assistant. They were professional and efficient and were able to fix the clog with ease and even put my toilet back for me and cleaned up some of the mess left by the previous plumber. I hope that I am not having to call all the time but I do appreciate the amazing service I received during an extremely stressful time. Lauren Sandoval

I think everyone knows the story of the good samaritan. Well, today, Roto Rooter was mine. I woke up this morning to find a pond of water bubbling ... up from the ground just outside my front door. With my husband out of town, my panic mode hit high gear. I called about 10 different plumbers and landscapers (because I thought the leak was linked to my sprinkler) and, as in the story, I received negative responses. Next on the list was Roto Rooter; almost in tears, I asked if they were able to fix the leak and if they could come out today; the response was yes. David arrived and did some backbreaking digging to find the problem; then he gave me a sprinkler company to call. Thanks to all of you!! You saved us today; and I really appreciate having running water. (To shut off the sprinkler, my son and I had to shut off the water to the whole house.) Thank you so much.

I had pluming issues the day before I was going out of town I called two other pluming company's one said I can schedule someone to come out and ... inspect the problem the next day the other I left a recorded message got fed up and remembered rotor rooter commercial from the radio station I listen to so I called at 2:30 p.m a plummer was here at 3:15 p.m. fixed the problem while I was paying the plummer the guys that I left a message with called. Needless to say Rotor Rooter saved the day thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Last week, I experienced, yet again, another backed up drain in my condo. This was the third back up in less than 6 months. Needless to say, the pipes have ... not been well maintained. It was a very stressful event, however, when Roto-Rooter arrived, and the technician told us he could fix the clogged drain with no problems, I was a little more at ease. Tristan, the technician, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and provided me with a lot of great education for future pipe maintenance. I will definitely be recommending Roto-Rooter to anyone I know with plumbing problems!

The service technicians went above and beyond! They cleared our lines and remove toilet to replace the Wax Ring. They ended up finding 3 foot of roots in there! Removed ... and fixed us up in no time! Very polite and great guys!

Through the years Roto-Rooter has taken good care of my drain problems. I have an annual contract, and roots annually clog the drain. This year the standard Roto-Rooter ... service didn't completely clear the problem. Needing to take care of my daughter and her cancer surgery rather than attend to my drain problems, I waited a few weeks to ask for another Roto-Rooter service. This time you sent Ruben Miranda to service my overflowing washing machine drain pipe. This time he provided a service that hadn't been done before -- he cleaned the drain pipe for about 75 feet slowly and deliberately, rooting it twice with his machine. He also instructed me to run water all during the pipe cleaning/clearing to flush debris away, something that had never been done before. Bingo! I repeat -- nobody'd ever suggested that before. Now the washing maching drains quickly with no overflowing from the standpipe behind the machine. Many thanks to Ruben for his expertise, his patience and his technical prowess. great courteous phone service????....within minutes, "PAUL' was driving down the street. After explaining clearly, respectfully R-R policy and choices of service, an ingenious industrial type drain auger was rolled ... out in seconds. The work was done quickly, quietly and professionally. This professional serviceman did NOT have to even come in the house to see anything, like the "old" fashioned plumber of yesteryear. I recently had a water heater leak which caused damage to the floor. I called on a Monday morning to have someone come and take a look and David came ... out. He determined that the water heater was damaged beyond repair needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate for replacement and we moved forward with the installation David, however, realized that the floor was damaged more than he had thought and was unable to install the water heater until the floor was repaired. I contacted my insurance company to file a claim, which was denied a week later. Around this time, David contacted me to follow up, and I let him know the situation. David then recommended the Roto Rooterr division that could repair my floor. He contacted Joel, who came out the same day to take a look and provide an estimate, and repair was completed the next day. This allowed David and his crew to come the back the day after and install the water heater. David was patient and professional, explained what was happening every step of the way, and managed obstacles as they arose. David and his crew surpassed all expectations, going over and above to provide excellent customer service. Thank you!

We had an emergency yesterday. The water was backing up in both bathrooms. We called 5 plumbing companies and were given various reasons why they couldn’t come out, ... they don’t do snaking, no plumber available until Tuesday, one didn’t even return my call. We finally tried Roto-Rooter and had two men at our home in less than an hour after our call. They took care of the blockage within 20 minutes or so. Very nice young men and very professional. Thanks to Roto-Rooter we were able to meet our daughter and celebrate her birthday with her. We will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends and family.

I had a outside water spigot blow off the side of my home. Water was shut off for 2 days. I attempted service with another company, no call back, no ... text, no email. Contacted Roto-Rooter via email scheduling, received an immediate confirmation, the next morning I received a message that my Service Technician Ryan Paden was on the way.

Service tech did a good job but ran a little late to arrive. That always happens. But, when I paid by credit card, I was promised a printed receipt which ... I have noyet received. Can you please print one out and mail it to me for my records - also as a proof of warranty? Thanks.
